Order

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. Once your order is approved, we will aim to dispatch it within one business day. If you placed your order over the weekend, it should ship by Monday. Once your order ships, you will receive an shipping confirmation including tracking information.

Worldwide shipping

Ceramiche Due Pietre offers free worldwide shipping for orders over 99€.

Tax and import fees

We are based in Sweden, within EU. Tax/import fees might occur if you are based outside of EU. Please check your local import legislation for further information. Ceramiche Due Pietre does not cover any additional tax/import fees.
