How should I handle my ceramic piece?

The product should be handled with care. Do not drop it, knock it or even bump it against hard surfaces. 

How do I clean the decoration pieces, for example the Moors head?

You can rinse it under running water or use a damp, non-abrasive, cloth. Do not use any chemical cleaning products.

Can I wash my tableware in the dishwasher?

Why is the product I received not exactly like the photos?

Each product is moulded and painted entirely by hand. This makes each product unique and no piece identical to another. That is what makes it so charming and genuin.
